Terms of sale

Every work is one of a kind or part of a closed, numbered edition. Each piece ships signed, with a certificate of authenticity.

The artist retains all copyright and reproduction rights to every work sold. Purchase of a painting or print conveys ownership of the physical work only. The work may not be reproduced, in whole or in part, without written permission.

Prices are in US dollars. The public price is the price for everyone. Prices are never discounted.

Works ship within the United States, carefully packed, within ten business days of purchase. If a work arrives damaged, contact me within seven days with photographs and I will make it right.

All sales of original works are final. Editions may be returned undamaged within fourteen days for a refund of the purchase price, minus shipping.
